I made this recipe by accident and it ended up being one of my favorite mixes. Thyme for mood management and inflammation reduction. Rosemary for relieving muscle tension, stress reduction and the amazing flavor ( I love Rosemary). Lavender for mood and pain management.
All of these herbs help boost the immune system. This is a relaxation tea but it also helps improve brain function and memory.
This tea helps me with muscle pain at the end of a long day. With this mix I always get a good nights sleep.
